AI Basecamp is a trade/working name used by Jason Hudson for training and related services. There is no separate company behind AI Basecamp. By using aibasecamp.pro or my services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who You Are Contracting With

You are contracting with Jason Hudson, operating as AI Basecamp.

2) Services

We provide online training, webinars, and educational content. Offerings may change at any time.

3) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the site and services lawfully.
• You will not attempt unauthorized access or harmful activity.

4) Purchases & Payments

• Payments are processed through WooCommerce and Stripe in USD unless noted.
• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.
• All sales are final unless a specific refund policy is offered.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds may be requested up to [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] before the event.
• No refunds after the event has taken place, unless required by law.

6) Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by Jason Hudson or licensed for use.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell materials without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, USA. Disputes will be handled in Idaho courts.
